We then proceed with a low-pressure rinse. This clears away the moss and debris, revealing the original color and texture of your home. It isn't just a wash; it’s a total surface reset. There will be a small amount of moss remaining.

This way, we don't need to brush your shingles unnecessarily, preserving their granules.

Post-checklist

Before & After

We document the victory. After the work is complete, our technicians take proper photos of the roof, gutters, etc. These "After" shots are sent to you along with your invoice. We reserve the right use these photos at our discretion on our social media platforms. No mention of your name or address will be made, unless explicitly stated by you.

Perimeter Restoration

We leave no footprint. Our crew performs a final sweep of the property, returning any moved furniture to its original position, cleaning all splash-back from ground-level windows, and ensuring your landscaping is thriving and debris-free. Followed by this is a walk-through with the homeowner to ensure everything is in order.

Payment

Only after everything is said and done, do we accept payment! Whether it is e-transfer, credit card, or cheque, we accept all forms of payment. Keep your invoice safe for the warranty!
